Inconsistent maintenance response!!! Limited bathroom amenities!!! The absence of elevators made getting luggage upstairs a real hassle, and the shower pressure fluctuated inconveniently, turning simple routines into annoyances!!!

staying at the haymarket was a lovely experience. the location is perfect for a night, just a short bus ride away. the staff were incredibly warm and helpful. we loved being able to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. the breakfast was also great!

The location is phenomenal, just a short walk from the tram and rail station, making transit effortless. Staff provided excellent assistance, even offering to heat baby bottles and store our milk. the room had an old door that let in light, disrupting sleep, and the breakfast service was chaotic, lacking guidance. An alarming incident at 5:40 AM with no staff explanation made the experience memorable for the wrong reasons.

Recommend it for families

The staff were unbelievably accommodating. They stored our stroller so we didn’t have to schlep it everywhere and even heated our baby's bottle without hassle. It felt like they genuinely cared about our comfort, that’s hard to come by these days.

My kids wished there were easier stairs to navigate with their pushchair, as we had to haul it between floors.
